Could be the manufacturer, actually.

I usually just buy mobile / manufactured home and either fix and flip or use as buy and holds.  

I'm analyzing a flip in a mixed-use 55+ mobile/manufactured home HOA community, and I've learned that the home I'm analyzing is indeed a manufactured home.

There are some manufacturing jobs in the area though so rental potential is there if you decide to put another mobile home on it.The parcel is probably not large enough to lease for any kind of farming, but I have seen some folks squeeze as many mobile homes as possible and create a small mobile home park. 

During the day, I am the lead Power & Controls Electrical Engineer at a Fortune 500 coffee manufacturing plant.  

The brand is Galaxy which is also manufactured by Frigidaire.  

I thought this person could handle it because his previous job was managing 40 people at a corporate manufacturing job. 

Came from consulting different types of business and head up an accounting dept at a manufacturing company at the moment as my full time job.

Greetings, I've never purchased any real estate, I work full time in manufacturing , I'm interested in buying a few rentals as long term investments.

I tend to lean that way as well and don't mind jumping into the trenches and getting my hands dirty as I'm also a general & manufactured home contractor, manufactured home dealer and developer, real estate broker, investor and property manager.
