One of the best things you can do to boost your forum, podcast, and book knowledge is to get out to real estate investing meetups in your area.

If you desire to get it by all means go for it - knowledge is power - but thats knowledge you pay for that may or may not pay off for you.

I just finished reading "The House Hacking Strategy" by Craig Curelop, and I think that gave me some good introductory knowledge on house hacking, but I know that I still have to do a lot more research.
