I can find the development on the internet, but my concern is the way the "deal" is structured. 

A quick internet search will show that.

There was  no internet for me it was Years of being in the business to learn these not well known techniques and concepts.

I also include in minimum requirements  minimum credit score of 600+ with no utility, cell phone, cable or internet delinquencies or collections.   

If you install a code based lock you won't have a way to connect to it over the Internet.

the only other bill we pay is for internet.  2 bills per month :)

Definitely talk to your coa before taking the advice of “some guy on the internet”.

They're paying a premium for the space, we said cable or internet was provided and so it should be available to them before they move in.
