Katee - In my post I was open about the fact that I decided to walk away before your company made the few minor repairs you agreed to making when entering into the contract.

My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.

if its a rebrand of do hard money look at old threads on BP.. these guys while not a scam many that posted on BP lost their 2300.00 because no deals were ever good enough and so they gave up and lost the deposit.. back a few years ago it was 3k.. great bizz model make 3k and and dont fund anything or very few according to others that posted.

They seem to have a turn-key service option so you should be able to get a lot of information from them.
