Yes I mean that in the past we occasionally took 2% *didn't like it but let it slide and now that the buyer broker sets minimum percent we are now at 2.5% firm minimum which is an interesting turn of events. 

If it’s just been done I’d stand firm on more than one month.

I've been having a tough time getting a quote from firms like Mercury, Bamboo, and Geico -- perhaps because it is a larger home (4100 sq ft) in a fire prone area.
