Everyone I’ve ever met that is just starting out is looking for the shortcut - don’t do that.  

I wouldn't hire a handyman and take shortcuts.

To more directly answer your question there's no shortcut.  

I know most are genuine and honest people looking to better themselves but there are always those that want to take a short cut and don’t care who or how many people they hurt along the way.My question is have you personally ever ran across this and what is your story?

We've definitely been trying to be as thorough as possible, staying away from short cuts and trying our best to do right by tenants and the law. 

Do not take shortcuts on tenant screening. ever.

Try to avoid any short cuts with converting space that should not be converted (basements) huge liabiliaty with insurance if anything happens.

This makes it a good sanitary surface,Floor tile has been getting a lot harder and thicker in recent years to allow floor installers to take more shortcuts when installing it.
