And depending on how bad the buyer was at managing the property, seller could be taking back an asset in disrepair, tenant goodwill lost, etc.Like I said, I was simply providing another perspective... the buyer was clearly thinking this is all roses for everybody and I wanted to point out some issues.

I advised her to send out a letter to all investors to address the allegations as they are serious ones and can undermine investor confidence and their next venture - I do not know if pinnacle will do that - but if pinnacle honors its existing comittments to investors, it will earn them immence goodwil from investors and their new venture will start off with flying colors.
