If law allows, record your visit to protect yourself from false accusations (sexual harassment, theft, etc.)Did you receive anything from the Tenant's attorney?

If it's just a cookie cutter loan, lots of guys (and girls) can do both, but if you're looking for an FHA for your primary and need a DSCR loan for an investor property, there are few that can do both.  

Also, buyer's were informed by their lender that their loan is about to expire so they would have to be approved once again.Buyer has 3 little girls all in grade school so you can imagine the stress and inconvenience this has caused them.

If it is one lease, just tell the girl that this matter does not affect you as a landlord and they should sort it out on their own. 

I have found it protects the next guest and the housekeeper as I have had guests accuse the cleaning crew of taking items they 'know' they left.

One guy I had a few issues with is moving out and three girls are moving in.
