Try this:1) Dissolve 2 tbsp. of oxy-cleaning powder in 1 gallon of hot water, stirring until all of the powder has dispersed.2) Spread a liberal amount of cleaner onto the floor, working in a 3-foot strip and saturating the entire surface.3) Let the cleaner soak for fifteen minutes.

The directions for the stuff I used specified less than a teaspoon per gallon for a sanitizer, as a pesticide I used 2 teaspoons.

If it is below the knee and not well lit, you could get away with just being in the color family.Buy one gallon of paint which is close to the color family of what is currently on the walls and spend the couple hours painting to make it right.

The actual fire damage was minimal, but the smoke caused two different sprinklers to go off, and a majority of the damage came from the gallons of water poured out of the sprinkler system.Part of it is you just never expect for multiple major issues to happen at multiple properties all at once.
