I think it hinges on if it’s a LTR or STR my team has both property management companies have been project managers of both types of rentals.

Better if the company has a lot of info in writing that you can absorb to minimize this.

@Christopher Smith there are many...but in my opinion really only three companies out there that offer the ability to 721 into a large and diversified REIT that i'd feel comfortable with.
