Hi All,I'm new (ish) around here and finally decided to listen to the podcast instructions and introduce myself. 

I'm a lobsterfisherman and entrepreneur from Maine.

Unfortunately I'm not finding a general lease for Illinois or Missouri, and "Connecticut" only produces an image that offers 7 documents for $99 but no instructions on how to purchase it...

He instructed last year and is now flying tours in Hawaii over the angry volcano. lol I second the house hack idea if you’re ok with an out of town investment once your 18 months are up.

It basically says remove your items, fill nail holes from pictures/paintings, and do a final clean (and give detailed instructions).

Is there anything else I need to do or instruct the tenant to do before they can assume control of a business on our property?

I don't want to waste the owner's time, nor my time with a tire kicker.Next go to the property with the buyer, instruct the buyer to ask you any questions they may have, but NOT THE OWNER.Let's suppose you do all of that & the buyer goes the next day to talk with the owner to try go around you.

Chris sounded convincing when showed actual step by step instructions how he did lease option deals he worked on from start to finish.
