I am currently set up as an LLC (Ezer Enterprises, LLC) specifically for many of the reasons you mentioned, but you definitely caught a few that I had yet to really think of!

Went to UT Knoxville and always went down to Chattanooga to ride at Enterprise South or Raccoon Mtn.

My biggest complaint is that I can’t add a team member with full access to the features without signing up for the enterprise plan that is $2000 per year.
