Here are things that can be done with Google number: 1) can ring and text multiple people so available person can answer.  2) Can temporarily add someone for example if the staff goes to conference and needs someone to cover.  3) can ditch the number and obtain new google number if it becomes necessary without having to inform family and friends of a new number (they have your personal number and not your google number). 

If you want some control, and I mean any control, just download tenant cloud and ditch the PM.

The ones that do are usually unusable( drainage ditches, land locked strips only 10 feet wide...).  

But if the property is upside down for some reason, it might make sense to set a lower sell price to ditch it and not have to pay a realtors after the fact.I have been in a situation where the lender in second position bid on the property, because they were going to be completely wiped out if the foreclosure went through.
