Is there anyone going or know the procedures.  

Here's a briefing on what's going on:The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) issued a new rule that combines mortgage disclosures previously established by the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA) and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) into a single rule effective October 3, 2015.

I feel I would learn better with live classroom instruction going over the Principles and Procedures books.

All three forms should give you protection of your personal assets against corporate liability, as long as certain procedures are followed.Talk to a qualified business attorney, tax attorney and/or CPA to get better advice.

Since owning for over 25 years,  operation procedures are in place for management that requires little of my time as all aspects are handled by management.

Are you still using the procedure or are you using a different strategy? 

The first commercial property my wife and I bought is the dental condo that our practice is in. 

It's hard to be lax and then tighten up procedures.

Hey @JP Zurita, It seems as if you are only asking about the closing procedure when buying under a corporation name.
