Their choices are: 1) Take you to court, which if they didn't follow their own management contract, won't work out for them.2) Try to put a lien on your property, which you could sue them for damages and attorney fees.They sound very incompetent if they did work without your approval AND without upfront funds from you.

I AM NOT GETING INTO POLITICTS BUT THE HOUSES HOUSES HAVE WARRANTIES ON THEM JUST LIKE THEY DO IN AMERICA, SOMETHING HAPPENS TAKE THEM TO COURT LOL.

Im the opposite, I recently had to sue a company for a product defect,  so evictions and court proceedings imo can make you go insane. 

Tenant continually claims “hardship” in court and judge adds additional time for eviction5.

The damage has been so severe that we have recently been declared a “Federal Disaster Area”.

If there are no bidders, the judge will quiet title to the property in the investor and order the clerk of the court to issue a clerk's deed.  

I called the building official and he said that they've been in court for the past 2 years trying to get the property demolished and the last they heard was that the owner was in prison in TN.

Hi Nora,Your county should have a process either with the court or sheriff.

If they ban it, then court challenges are likely and how it will settle is to be seen. 

2)it sounds like you’re sure they aren’t required and your lease will stand up if it ends up in court a year or two from now?
