Just because you found one website that spouts this BS dealer crap with regard to flipping doesn't make it right. 

It's a phenomenal resource and I know there are tutorials throughout the website that will show you how to use them.

Laminate is crap.

When you go at someone all hard core right off the bat, you will get 1 of 2 reactions....... you will scare the crap out of them and they will fold and do whatever you want.... or they will see it as a threat and a challenge and dig their heals in even farther.

The people living in the current houses that I viewed seemed quite content to live in these "crap holes".

@Jared Chenel how about skip the single family bull crap and go straight into Multifamily.

When I was living in a condo back in the day (with beautiful lake views but the building was built like crap) one guy was so annoyed by his neighbor's footsteps/noise that he spent thousands on soundproofing AND IT DIDN'T WORK!

Funny  how paying for your own crap makes one conserve energy and become frugal 

You've got to get up there with your pry bar, pull the nails, cement and replace all the crap that's flapping and breaking in the breeze.
