Hello BP Family,I am contemplating on buying a property that has been foreclosed on.

I have contemplated doing a core sample.For what it’s worth, a few of the contractors that have looked at the property have commented on how good a shape the building is in, and in particularly, how good the CMU joints look. 

The units are empty now and the need for security is pretty high - Really need help with this as I am contemplating canceling what I just signed up for.
