The more expensive routers will almost certainly be dual band and have an auto-detecting feature to determine which band to assign for each device that is connected. 

Given size and likely complexity of this type of building, I would imagine you are looking at close to $100k.

The challenge for Texas is you are competing against new and remodeled apartment complexes.

We have a ton of investors here in western North Carolina that just lost much of their wealth, so I like the new features regarding flood risks.

Your situation isn't to complex for the right tax professional to save you money. 

There seems to be a differential feature among providers where some are a tenant opt-in service and others don't require tenant consent.

It is usually the people who the landlords delegate them to.Legal aspect is a good feature, but no one will rely solely on that.

Can experienced folks provide some inputs about the usefulness of this feature?
