The problem is that it's easier said than done, social influences weigh heavily and people are always trying to flaunt and out-do their neighbors and friends.I think work ethic and passion is by far the most important factor that differentiates the wealthy from the others. you don't really ahve to be that "smart" IMO.I think the recipe for success and wealth is this: If you are passionate and determined and thus work hard towards your goals, and are financially responsible (spending less than you earn) wealth can be achieved by almost anyone.the two opposite ends of the spectrum are the individual who labors at a meanial job just enough to pay his rent, cable bill, and a case of beer and box of cigarettes so he can sit around his house watching tv.

People just discard wrappers bottles cigarettes and trash as soon as they are finished they just drop it and walk on !

Like 200 tampons or feminine wipes in the main line, or baby's rubber duck in the gooseneck, or a burned countertop in the shape of a frying pan or cigarette.....

If you don't fancy coming to your home welcomed by topless folks, Budweiser and cigarettes on the porch, make sure to set rules for the common areas.  

It also included levies on Uber rides, Airbnb stays and electronic cigarettes.

We posted no smoking signs and our lease clearly states that there is no smoking in the building.However, we did install some of those "smokers poles" outside the building to make it easy for people to go outside and smoke, and to hopefully prevent cigarette butts from laying around in the parking lot.

It also smells of cigarettes everywhere so that might work in my favor too..

The house originally had white walls that were now yellow from all the cigarette smoke, had foundation issues, and needed to be updated.

The tenant just moved out and the house smells like cigarette smoke.

Her 20-ish year old son made a mess out of it with cigarette marks,holes punched in the drywall, scuffs on the walls, carpet stains, etc.
