Most inspirational book I've read is The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch.He describes living life and childhood dreams from the terminally ill cancer patient's point of view.Pausch also gave the lecture, which the book is based off of a few years ago.

By putting these experiences to paper and making them widely and readily available as eBooks, I hope to empower the non-professional and open a window to a not-so-mysterious world of Real Estate.A little over a year ago my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and we relocated from the coast to be closer to her oncology team.

These range from watering eyes or runny nose to birth defects, cancers, central nervous system dysfunctions.

Honestly I know I could've gotten that deal (seller lived in PA) but he needed the money from his home to help pay for his Cancer treatment so I decided I don't want to toy with this one.

Bruce...  55 yrs old, just got his kids out of the house, Good job, good wife, out of nowhere had a massive stroke, never woke up and died 5 days later. .......When I was 28, in 1988, my wife was 26 and we had a 3 year old daughter, good job, new home, new cars, life was amazing, and bam, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The listing agent told me that the seller was a very difficult person to reason with, even for him, and that the seller's wife had  just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. 

The person died for cancer. 

One is actually fixed fees (which sponsors who focus on promotes will often malign).

But these toxic substances may raise the odds of sickness even cancer to the nearby residents.Do you guys think it is a big deal to consider this problem?

If it is something in the category of major surgeries (brain/ heart) or cancer related chemotreatments, no doubt, the US will have better resources to handle those emergencies, but locally, the the hospitals here are actually equipped to provide optimum healthcare, private hospitals moreso at a higher cost with better service than public.
