Some you follow up on because you recognize the quality and you want the opportunity to meet and make a pitch otherwise, if they don’t meet my Req’s on the phone - why even bother inputting their data and following up long term?

What I mean by this is that lets say you screen a great elderly lady who's on section 8, great at upkeep on your place, never a bother, you get your above market rent on time, no issues from the tenant.

Would put me comfortably below 80% LTV.I wouldn’t bother refi’ing to a higher rate if you’re already cash flowing and just need to drop PMI.

(Don't bother asking when your cards are maxed, the answer is no)  People are afraid-- I say, why the heck not?    

I don't think she even bothered to draw up legal documents with these tenants, but we are working on getting that confirmed with her agent.

Based on the numbers provided I would not bother wasting my time looking into this property.

Make a lease for this man at his renewal date,(or before) to gain some control of things bothering you..

On your hand though if it is already 10k less than sale price, I probably wouldn't bother with an informal review because they could actually raise it! 

I can't be bothered with tracking which card is going to get the most points in X category.
