Ayer, Billerica, Hudson, Maynard - those are going to be your best bet for cash flow in Middlesex County.

The settl4ement was private, but I bet it was at least $400k knowing the attorney's involved, maybe more.

The departing tenant says she will continue paying rent, but I wouldn't bet on it.

In fact, I would bet that the only stockholders that would have enough clout to move prices, such as pension funds and the like, would probably appreciate a bank that maintains clear line-of-sight between the note holder and mortgagee.
