I graduated back in May of 2022 and I am currently living with my beautiful fiancé and we are getting married in October.

It's beautiful...a dozen fishing cabins in Northern Minnesota on an entire peninsula of a lake surrounded by state forest land.  

We have also tried looking at places in Utah as there is a lot of beautiful land there, but initial looking online made it seem like the numbers just didn't make sense.

can utilize the no income no doc DSCR loan which works beautifully and can take upto 80%  Really think we should stop using "no doc" to describe DSCR Loans - really isn't accurate and adds unneeded stigma around the loan product What types of "docs" do you require for a DSCR loan at easy street ?

Markets that are desirable places to live (beautiful, good weather, affordable, less populated) have outpaced other markets in recent years. 

Feels like no deal at the moment.
