It's not always an easy scenario, but we run into it frequently.

Hi All, This post helped me gain the courage to take the leap I am now happy I did, so I thought I would share the beginning part of my journey....I heard about Fund & Grow on a real estate investing podcast that I frequent and it sounded too good to be true.

I am in CLT but work in the TN market frequently. 

From my observations most of these “Gurus” only have portfolios of C/D located single family homes to show for their years of work and for the life of me I don’t understand why they capture an audience.

My LCOL city is one frequently targeted by out of state investors and the good finds are snatched up within 24 hours of listing.My cousin is a part time real estate agent.
