For example you can put in your offers a closing date further out then 45 days if it aligns better with the date you arrive in Maryland.I will say having a home ready and waiting for you when you PCS is allot easier and convenient then you having to live in a hotel room for 5-6 weeks while you close on a property.

I am guessing you are trying to find an area or neighbourhood with allot of rentals so purchase your own rental there?
