@Karl Kauper going to guess your current PMC:1) Is having too many tenant nonpayment issues for your likingAnd/or2) Refusing to share their background checks with you, so you can make your own approval decisions to address #1 above.Several factors may be at play here that you may want to consider before being trigger-happy:1) For several legal and contractual reasons, it's pretty much NOT possible for a PMC to share background checks with an owner. 2) What Class of property do you own?

Got to give a shout out to a tax lien investor who had some random gmail address and went by the name Ben.So, one of the unique things about note investing is when you buy a pool of assets is sometimes a seller is closing out their fund and will include assets that have no value.

I was able to get the email address for the property manager David Terbeek and I contacted him about the situation to find out what was going on.

I'd love your suggestions, criticisms and comments and I'm happy to address questions as well. 

At best, I might agree to a reasonable time limit against acting on a specificproperty identified by address.

Don’t give them the address of the property as this might trigger an event that will cause change.

You may not be able to address issues in a timely manner when they come up.

Sometimes, the address describes a house, but the auctioned parcel is for basically half of the address which is split into two separate lots (one with a house and the other without one).
