Until the back taxes are paid t people had this mobile home before didn't pay it now we have to pay it we need the electricity turn on as soon as possible because we take medicine that we can't be in the heat we are going to end up in the hospital with a heat stroke if we don't get help so please help us to get the electricity hooked up please

I'm from RI and its legal to use medicinally, but as a landlord, I would personally prohibit everything that pertains to marijuana besides the consumption and possession if the tenant possessed a legitimate medical marijuana card and was within the legal possession limit.

The downside is tenants have to pay online whether it's through ACH or credit/debit card; no money orders or cash.If you let the tenants pay by cash make sure you are protecting yourself.
