@Marc Izquierdo I'm not sure how old that book is nor do I know what the writer means by "traditional" - he might mean something else entirely than "conventional".

The way we do it is that we have a scanned blank check attached to our offer template, and we fill it in with Adobe writer when we submit the offer.

(although I would not expect outright misinformation from the BP blog,  whereas  investor blogs I weigh on the writers experiences)What amazes me in this whole process selling process is when you negotiate as recommended by the blogger you still pay  commission on the sale  based on that first price that is agreed.

Were the letter writer was pulling heartstrings explaining how they also lost a home in foreclosure know how bad this is they are just good Christians out to help people blah blah balh..

Before RE, I made my money as a writer, so what I'm really asking about is content.
