@Marvin Anaya Not to beat a dead horse but I took a seminar on City of Chicago LTO and they had a lawyer who was teaching part of the seminar and he told us his whole practice is based on suing landlords.

In other words, there's no real "why" to amassing wealth other than to spend it in greater amounts with less discretion and care.In our experience, that puts the cart before the horse.

@Sherry Norman  put the shoe on the other foot as a capable funder I see your type of posts all the time the only thing your bringing to the table is the deal.. plenty of deals out there. if you have to post on line for a money partner that's your problem right there your not strong enough.I suggest you get your money partner FIRST then go shopping I think you have the cart before the horse..

@John Ratigan   hold your horses this is a loser.. and I doubt you will find a lender to lend you this month as they will run the math and help you realize that the only one making any money on the deal is them..
