I personally think we will see some weakening in the condo market to come mainly because there’s been some lowering rents, increased vacancies, and a no eviction order, which is hard to quantify what’s going to happen when that is lifted.

By quantifying the impact of appreciation, depreciation, and tax benefits along with pure cash flow you'll see why there might be many great properties out there that are generating a strong return without great net cash flow.

I would encourage you to define and quantify your objectives and identify the markets that are the best fit. 

@Travis Kyle Turner - there are def metrics to help quantify the choice (population growth, median household income growth, job growth...etc) but I want to call out the overlooked factor of the actual team. 

Views are hard to quantify, but the same house can be worth significantly more with a good view.

Are there any reports that mines AirBnb/ Hotels data and quantifies the most attractive STR markets?
