I bought a condo for about 60% of current market value and all it really needed was paint and some minor misc. repairs (door knobs, closet doors).

Odd floorplans, tiny "bedrooms" with no closets, stairways to nowhere, unuseable fireplaces, all affect the marketability of your rentals, and the type of tenant you will get.

Closet organizers can be a positive...the installation just needs to make sense, be secure, and look good.

This is in an area that this house would be one of the bigger properties and I can't imagine there are very many with a master suite with a nice bathroom and a walking closet.

Both units have 2 bedrooms, however 2nd floor is only has 1 bedroom with a closet so not really a legal 2 bdroom.
