I started out looking at turnkey and a 1% R/V, realized that was not much of a thing at the late stage I was entering REI, decided to purchase properties with an agent and do any necessary repairs or rehab with the help of a property management company, seeking deals where a little value add would go a long way.

There will always be naggers and negative nancys, find people with experience and who share your positive outlook and surround yourself with them

Hi, I've been using Gsuite for work and personal use for the past 10+ years and I think it's great, especially Gmail and Google Drive.I recently joined a job where they use Microsoft 365 and Outlook, and I think it's far inferior to the Gsuite.Excel is better than Google Sheets.

@Ryan Murdock  I respectfully disagree - and the client I worked with today is a perfect example.We started out looking at a $21,000 mobile home for my client and his wife (from PA) who basically wanted a crash pad for when they came to visit their daughter who has a newborn son, and for when he visits his elderly Mom who is also in the area.Next thing I know, he's looking at a $69K mobile home for the daughter and a more expensive one for himself, because the $21K unit is already under agreement - now we're up to $35,000 for his unit.  

Brian is just another guru out looking to hustle you out of your money.
