I just posted a video on YouTube on certain neighborhoods in Chicago and there are some neighborhoods where the prices are falling or staying longer on market.

The video is both a great message and approach.

He is in my area but the more I looked the more skeptical I became.A bunch of his videos are just him working out with words about investing written across them.His business name is very unprofessional. 

If not, or if this is a first time occurrence, I'd start with gathering any tangible proof that the damages are a result of the other landlord or tenant ie; video camera, pictures and suggest to the tenant that they seek a resolution based on the evidence.

Every other time I've lived somewhere outside of home, I've shared with a roommate or rented a cheap bedroom in someone else's house (like $500-600/mo vs $1200+ for 1 BR 1 BA) and saved/invested the difference.In 2016, I moved to a new state, married the love of my life and we're expecting our first baby in late May.

Even if their experience is real, it's probably the 1% and unlikely you can watch a few hours of videos and replicate their success.There are more tips, but the main point is this: you are responsible for your success.
