thank you Nathan G. i would most likely be buying my first deal in two and a half years, when i am working as a firefighter. i don't now if this is where to ask but what would be a good first credit card as i din not have one at the moment and know ill probably be needing one soon.

It doesn't shock me at all that you have successful flipping businesses now given the success you had selling weed.I have absolutely no doubt that I'm going to see "I went into prison with a PHD in selling pot, and came out with a Doctoral in flipping Real Estate." somewhere in the headlines of like People magazine or Huff Post in the future.

@Nick G. one of the things I did not consider when looking at LD investing was the differences in taxation and landlord/tenant regulations.
