So, with all of them still in bed, and the lead dude that spoke the most english not responding over the AirBnB messenger, I had to go into my room with the dude sleeping in my bed, grab my flight suit and boots out of my closet, and hurry to work.

If you look south of the park (south of English and east of Sherman) you will find this area to be more rental than owner occupant.

(There are not many of them...)The not-so-busy ones will only work from say 8pm to 11pm, and perhaps only 2 or 3 days per week.Some of them speak English well, some of them not so well.Ideally you want a call center based in the US to handle your calls.
