The most difficult part is doing the accounting.

All of this would be written out in an addendum to the sales contract and signed by both parties prior to closing.

I have attended many conferences for the hospitality industry in the past and they were all just another big party with nothing to learn.  

We negotiated based on the property's existing condition and potential post-renovation value, successfully securing a favorable deal for both parties at $100,200, enabling us to unlock its hidden value.

The problem with that system is that the meters were in each unit and electronically transmitted the usage to a third-party provider for billing.

You can hold the tenants responsible in that way.But to echo what the folks here are saying, sitting down and having a conversation with either party regarding their break-up and the present situation would be a no-go for me.

Even with vetting guests, they still sometimes break the rules and bring large dogs or have parties.
