When it storms or the power goes out, it disconnected us from our lock and doorbell.

I know I would need an asbestos permit and to make sure all utilities are disconnected. 

It is older, but in about 5 years, my current plan is to have it moved (happy to give it to someone who will properly disconnect it from the utilities and move it as it is still on wheels) and build my retirement home on the lot. 

They disconnected a septic and hooked me into a new sewer connection on a house.

This may require installing an exterior disconnect/switch, a double ground rod, proper weatherhead, etc.

New code says you need a service disconnect outside for firemen.

I’ve got a bathroom in my residential unit, Chicago, north side, that has an exhaust fan (wires previously disconnected) that blows shower steam air directly into the walls.
