Cons: bedroom is very small (will fit a queen bed, but not a king), no dishwasher or laundry.I never had trouble renting it (it really was a cute place) but putting the negatives in the ad helped cut down on useless showings.

@Andrew Eaton   We moved to PA for the schools that was 1986.. and I thought it was outrageous to pay 186k for a 3 and 1  900 sq ft home that had no dishwasher or garbage disposal.But my kids got a great education as you stated and I sure wish I owned that little jewel today  LOL

Garbage disposals are right up there on top of the list of things I do not provide tenants....right along with dishwashers and washer/dryer sets.

@Dawn Anastasi 401(k) distributions under a QDRO (Qualified Domestic Relations Order), such as a divorce settlement, can be rolled over to an IRA, within 60 days of receipt of funds, without penalty and the tax will continue to be deferred.
