Nothing happened to the floor, just pulled it up, dry with a fan and re-installed.

I am personally not a fan of condos at all unless it is like beachfront or in a big city (NY, LA, Chicago where downtowns are prevalent).

There's plenty of locals that aren't fans of people moving to the UP.

If nothing else I take responsibility for that and will work to improve our communication systems between our franchisees, client success and sales team that's valid.As I have done before I'm a big fan of transparency and this forum, and will happily talk to anyone that has concerns about how we do business.

Find out which unit it is coming from and ask them directly to stop smoking weed or to blow it out the window, use a fan, etc.

I'm a big fan of taking advice and standing on other shoulders. 

I'm a fan of just vinyl in general in rentals, as long as it's decent quality especially for dining room/breakfast room chairs.

Even this tankless fan believes that it the case.
