Hi Ray,I would answer NO,but I have never tried.Short sale are hard enought to get approved jumping thru all the processors hoops I think that an assignment would be a reason to reject the short sale package.

Ray,I had the same problem with 4 property limit on my umbrella policy.  

But I get what you are driving at, "take pride in the things you say and do or no one will take you seriously" I think that pretty much sums it up, I get that, but my rebuttal to that is this world was not founded on perfection if it were nobody would go anywhere look at Ray Krock, Michael Faraday, Gregor Mendel, just to name a few they all made mistakes and yes people backed away from them but the ones that said okay show me what you got and I will help.
