I'm fascinated by all the drama and documentary films about all the crash.  

Got it, just had some friends that relocated there since there was more film work in GA lately, wasn't sure if that was helping the markets at all.

I know you have plans to resale this project, but there may be great opportunities out there to market your flips to film companies to rent for film projects who will offer a fairly nice monthly amount.
