be happy to donate to this site, its been one of the greats learning tools i have yet to come across. and to the site admin and owners, as a mod and owner of several web forums I know how much work it takes to build such a site.

I don't think I'm smart in this investing process, not really money savvy, not very brave, and really, just trying to do the best I can for myself.

Also, try looking on a large trustee web site in your area… Usually they will have a Q&A, procedures, or buying at foreclosure sale information.

I mean, I'd almost be willing to pay for the software if I actually got to "own" it, but to pay $2K up front and then almost $840/year for the privilege of accessing it from a Web site?!
