The Augusta REIA meets in the Columbia County Library on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7pm-8pm.  

They are most definitely not near #1 in Connecticut, LA, southern Cali, Sacramento, Dallas, Houston, Augusta, Kentucky, Florida... because my peops have taken over those cities/states... so that is quite peculiar to me...So I see you are in El Dorado Hills CAA quick search for that on Google..And I don't think they are on the first page of Google,.. yet of course I could be wrong.. but I doubt it..So unless any of these pages are yours I really wonder how they are getting you organic leads.

I am in the Augusta area and looking at properties around central Maine.

I do like the idea that Brian mentioned in regards to a 16 unit building instead of having properties spread out across Augusta GA.

In Maine it’s the Lewiston auburn area as well as Augusta and Bangor areas.
