Hey everybody. I am just getting started learning real estate investing, and I am glad I found this site. Seems like a great resource for info, which I intend to soak up like a sponge. Also, I'm looking forward to hopefully making some connections. At this point, I just want to find a niche, formulate a plan and go to work!
