I actually just got into one with a woman who we connected at a meetup and let her know what I wanted to do and we have kept in touch and are taking on a project together.  

Don't get me wrong, she is a very intelligent woman who is quite capable, but she would much rather take care of the kids and be more involved in church and I support her in that. 

Not every woman has a screw driver and she can't leave the house to drive to a store to buy a new lock.

Today the doorbell rang at BiggerPockets Headquarters, and in walked a woman who set up a Taco Bar, courtesy of @Darren Sager .Best.

It is now a little over 6 years since then and I am still stuck at home and not working because I was lucky to be married to a woman who could support us both and our daughter.  

Being the middle man/woman, you get in where you fit in.

With this woman and based on her attitude, you would think that we had left dirt all over the house and told her to f*** off.After heated emails and the carpet cleaning, we finally came to an agreement about what would be taken out of the security deposit.

(like the woman that got a snake)  And, I don't trap the tenant if their life situation changes, and they need to move, they just give me a 30 day notice. 

If you don't approve the woman, he will probably get the idea that he needs to pay to get your approval.He is not a good tenant.
