And as you said Mike, it takes knowledge, networking, and and a lot of work, but it is still very doable in those areas.Either way I think starting out, its good to get your feet wet with a small rental that is a decent deal.

I felt along the upper part of the window but it didn't seem to be wet just the bottom of the sill towards the wall.I am guessing at this point it's too late to get any money back from the evil sellers right since I already closed?
