Greetings! I am so happy I stumbled across this site! I'm not sure I'll be able to digest all the information in this lifetime, but I am definitely going to try.
My fella and I are getting a plan together to get into rehabbing properties. I've got a little catching up to do with him because he's way ahead of me on the learning curve. I know this site is going to go a long way towards helping us minimize our newbie mistakes! Thanks for such a great place to learn and to all who share their wisdom!
