We did 95% of the work ourselves but only had weekends to work on it since I travel for work. 

I made a post on Facebook, there was A LOT of pain, stress and lost weekends involved; 9 to 10 hour days, 6 to 8 hours on weekends (I could of studied more but I essentially maxed out my brain's capacity to make things stick).

Sure everyone says they 'want' more money, but the wealthy actively find ways to make or save more money, while the middle class is perfectly content going to work 9-5 so long as they have enough cash left over to have a little fun on the weekend. 

I am in the Lafayette area this weekend and part of I-10 was closed when I got close to Baton Rouge traveling from Kenner this morning. 

I only have this weekend to really make a decision...to say no to the lower offer.  

I had my mind blown this weekend on a sale that happened.

Not looking for a weekend warrior painter. 

There will be SF Bay and Out of State pros at the Summit next weekend if you can make it..

I can write about 30 a day easily just in an hour or two after work, more on weekends.
