Historically whenever enough people become disenfranchised, there is a change and it is violent.  

FINANCIAL/CREDIT HISTORY1.No outstanding debt to previous rental property owners.2.No outstanding debt to utility companies.3.No outstanding debt in excess of $1000 that is not in a payment plan.4.No excessive monthly financial obligations - more than 20% of income.5.Lack of credit history or marginal credit history may result in additional security deposit. 6.Derogatory credit (past due accounts, collections, charge off accounts, tax liens, judgements in excess of $1000 and/or bankruptcy) may result in additional security deposit or denial.LEGAL/CRIMINAL HISTORY1.Criminal offenses of a violent nature against either person or property will result in denial.2.Applicants with a non-violent criminal misdemeanor that occurred more than two years ago or a non-violent criminal felony that occurred more than five years ago may be considered if restitution for their crime was made in full and all time was served.Also, we may require an additional security deposit and demonstration of good employment history, credit history, and rental history since the time of the crime.Multiple offenses may result in denial regardless of what the employment, credit and rental history shows.

Attorneys violently disagree, even with each other, about the usefulness and application of LLCs in real estate. 

For example, I want to be able to select things like:Within 15 minute walk of universityNo violent crimeAverage income levelAverage educationWithin 1 hour drive of international airportPublic transportation optionsFlood plainsOther natural disaster riskNearby restaurants/chainsetc.etc.etc.Then, I want to be able to see the counties in the state that offer the most matches, then I want to be able to view individual towns and neighborhoods that meet the criteria, and have them ranked.Then, my plan is to set up alerts on Zillow, Trulia, etc. and ask my agent friends to keep an eye out for properties becoming available in these specific areas. 

UCR data is published annually by the FBI.UCR data is reported as either violent or property crime, which then break down further into eight possible sub-crime categories.

Transparency does in fact deter crime and enable cities better manage compliance, code enforcement, tax collection and audits.Some of the violent crimes on airBNB are extremely disturbing; they can't however continue to claim immunity from liabilities or legal actions that results from transactions which it brokered or facilitate and profits from.They need to stop bullying the cities....

The normal parts of Baltimore city is either violent crime or just trash, vacant houses, and dirty. 

Brandon Turner wanna jump in and break up this fight. poor J Scott is on the floor some place having violent convulsions - I know cause I am too Ali Boone is about to knock heads, and she don't take no prisoners hahaha I should know!

I don't get it.My point in bringing this up is that this new law doesn't offer a tenant victim much protection in most cases - when it's the husband who is violent.
