For example, I want to be able to select things like:Within 15 minute walk of universityNo violent crimeAverage income levelAverage educationWithin 1 hour drive of international airportPublic transportation optionsFlood plainsOther natural disaster riskNearby restaurants/chainsetc.etc.etc.Then, I want to be able to see the counties in the state that offer the most matches, then I want to be able to view individual towns and neighborhoods that meet the criteria, and have them ranked.Then, my plan is to set up alerts on Zillow, Trulia, etc. and ask my agent friends to keep an eye out for properties becoming available in these specific areas.

Transparency does in fact deter crime and enable cities better manage compliance, code enforcement, tax collection and audits.Some of the violent crimes on airBNB are extremely disturbing; they can't however continue to claim immunity from liabilities or legal actions that results from transactions which it brokered or facilitate and profits from.They need to stop bullying the cities....

I don't get it.My point in bringing this up is that this new law doesn't offer a tenant victim much protection in most cases - when it's the husband who is violent.
