I'm a complete newbie, and doing my research..I decided to look on the web at tax records for some of the house I found on Realtytrac.

If you say to call between 9-5 or to use the web after hours some will think you are serious and will follow the instructions.You can not really control when people call.

I don't know how you find the time to welcome newbies to the web site, write articles, answer questions, etc.

There was no one database for the whole of the US.I am not sure if the present Realtor site is a web browser interface to the local boards or if the local boards are uploading their data back to a central database.

My realtor keeps encouraging me to get a home warranty through American Home Shield, but their reviews on the web are not impressive.

He also belongs to a variety of real estate groups, has networked with real estate brokers and has attended a number of web seminars to enhance his knowledge of various aspects of the real estate world.

The home that I am looking at is scheduled to go up for auction next month, I got all of the info from the county sheriff’s auction web site.
